Evaluation « usual use of buildings »

This evaluation allows the owner of the building to be aware of the risks linked to asbestos, during a usual occupancy of the premises or during works of care. We proceed to the locating of materials subject to contain asbestos, which are reachable without making destructive sampling.  All materials or elements, which are reachable by dismantling, are included. This type of evaluation permits to avoid chronic asbestos intoxications for the premises users and for the work of care staff. It is rarely necessary to proceed to decontamination.

Evaluation « before works or demolition »

It also allows the owner to determine if a specialized company is necessary to clean up certain parts of his building. We proceed to the locating of the materials subject to contain asbestos. To reach these materials, the expert proceeds to destructive sampling. This kind of evaluation permits to avoid the exposure of the staff to high asbestos concentration. It also permits to avoid all the costs due to a widespread asbestos contamination linked to a bad handling of materials with asbestos, as well as costs and annoyances generated by the stop of the yard following asbestos discovery.
